The Snow Has Melted!

Our family loves to head out to the area state-lands as soon as the snow has melted. I have posted a few pictures from our first hike of the year. We parked on a large sheet of melting ice that afternoon, but that was about it for the snow. Most Saturdays (before the bugs are out in full force) we pack a picnic lunch and head out to explore the trails. This hike is a favorite...lots of fallen trees for the kids to climb on and two ponds that offer plenty of entertainment.
